Roofs been leaking during heavy rains for about 6 months. Called someone to clean the gutters and they said gutters were pretty much empty. The new roof we bought mid-late 2021 is already screwed. They say it’s the wind, but our attached neighbors looks great. It’s obvious BS they just don’t want to deal with. What was a company I spoke highly of before is now bottom of the barrel in my book. Who would buy a roof to only last 3 years? Response: What’s unfair is spending $3,000 on poor workmanship that doesn’t even last a full 3 years. It’s still been under 4. I will post pictures of your sealant leaking through our window. You did offer to come out, but then you did email back saying you already determined the cause. Just scapegoating the poor workmanship and any accountability. We originally called Monday, it is now Friday. This is not a quick response, but it is ironic how you responded quickly to the review. Nothing in these pictures says wind damage. It is not one edge, it is every single seam. The rubber is only rippled at the one part towards the center, and if you look, it doesn’t look like it was even sealed all the way. Maybe that’s the issue, you don’t care to analyze the work. The reviews legit. Who would want to spend any amount of money on a housework that doesn’t hold up?
