Illini Construction & Waterproofing

Excellent work! We had a frightening leak in our basement after some heavy rains. Lorenzo came out and explained what should be done and gave a very reasonable quote. The team that did the work was great—these folks worked hard! They dug down 5 or 6 feet along the wall of our house, then cleaned and coated the wall with waterproofing material. Then put everything back, and added extra earth to build it up. We've had no water problems since then. I also recommended Illini to friends (different house, different issues), and they were also very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them!

We moved into our new house in 2017 and were immediately met with basement seepage on the first heavy rainstorm. We were referred to Illini by a coworker and Lorenzo came out to evaluate the basement personally and immediately put us at ease and scheduled waterproofing services. We had french drains dug around half of the foundation and then later had the other half done and used Illini Waterproofing and Const. again. Each time the workers were courteous and professional and were sure to replace our windows and took great care to keep our belongings safe and clean. Would recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing and construction needs. Great friendly service all around.
