We had a great experience with Reliable Handyman Services from beginning to end. I found them using a Google search and trusted in their great reviews. They did not disappoint! A representative came out right away to give me an estimate on what I thought I wanted and could afford, a fence repair. But after speaking with them and receiving their very reasonable quote, it worked in our favor to replace the entire fence with even better material. That may not happen for everyone, but in our case, Reliable worked with us to send an amended quote right away. They were very responsive. Unfortunately, this was right before winter and the weather turned quickly, but never fear, I was contacted immediately the first part of January and their team was able to remove, set posts and install boards in the course of three days. I thought this was miraculous! During this time, here is what I experienced: polite, honest, helpful operations chief that worked with me to give me options to help us get what we wanted. We ended up adding an extra gate and they were very earnest in ensuring the fence was constructed so that our dog could not leave the yard. They spent time ensuring that the fence was just the right height from the ground to ensure our pup’s safety and the fence’s integrity. Communication was key during construction and the crew chief was excellent at ensuring we knew when they were arriving, leaving and if we had any questions each day. They were prompt, polite and very tidy. We had a lot of wood from the old fence and an old wooden swingset they removed as well. They stacked that neatly out front and it was removed promptly. All in all, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend Reliable Handyman Services for any job you need done. I’m currently thinking of other jobs we can bring them back on! 5/5 stars!
