This guy has absolutely no idea what he's doing. It says they do console repair. I bring it in, and the dude is staring at it and me like he's having a stroke. Dude acted like he didn't know why I was there or what an Xbox series x is.
Went to get a quote for a screen repair and dude took my ipad and wouldnt't give it back for ~40 minutes even though I said I'd go with a different screen repair shop after he gave me the quote. Tried to convince me I needed a ~$200 battery/sensor repair to even operate my ipad and I went home and it charges and turns on fine. Deeply upsetting and uncomfortable experience. I kept saying ok thank you for your time, I'll head home now/head to a different shop etc. and he kept telling me I needed expensive repairs and didn't give me my ipad back. Also at some point grabbed my phone with out asking and went through a bunch of my google tabs. I'm not one to leave reviews but this experience was so profoundly awful I had to. Please shop local and don't go here.
I want to thank this business for being prompt and upfront with pricing. I was in and out within 20 minutes, made my daughter super happy to get her phone fixed, forever grateful to you!
