I came here for a new battery and was pleased with the service at first. However, after charging, the battery wouldn’t go above 85%. I returned to get it fixed and was told it was “normal” and that charging could take over 2 hours. I left again, but now it won’t even hold a charge past 80%. All I wanted was a properly working battery, but the store ignored my concerns. On top of that, I even spent extra money on a charger from them. This is ridiculous—clearly a faulty battery. At this point, it should be replaced or refunded. I recommend setting aside the attitude and focusing on improving customer service skills. My reviews are 100% accurate and reflect my personal experiences. I attempted to resolve this matter privately by phone, email, and even in person, but none of those efforts were successful. As a result, I am sharing my experience publicly so others are aware of how I was treated. Your response only reinforces my concern—rather than taking accountability and addressing the issue, you place blame on the customer.
