I brought my sons Ipad here a few weeks ago. A new employee completely devalued the IPad and damaged the hard drive when switching the screen. This employee additionally tried to up charge me $75 and said “cash only.” Equally concerning. I left a review here and was contacted by the owner to make it right by replacing the Ipad. He contacted me when the IPAD came in and was ready for pick up. He noted in his original message to me he’d hope we’d update the review after he made it right. Upon our arrival, he would not hand over the ipad until the review was a 5 star. He seriously made my husband call me, and stand there until i Answered to remove my review. Many red flags with this business and their overall morale compass. I wouldn’t use again, despite they did make their error right. Please be careful!
