iFixandRepair - Leicester Walmart

Do not seem trustworthy. Paid $160 for a new IPad battery. Told me it would be done by the end of the week. Got it back two weeks later. Battery still did not work, but since I did not bring it back within 15 day "warranty" they cannot fix it. Update: brought to another store to have fixed and they told me LCD screen is also broken, which was not the case when I left it with iFixandRepair. So to summarize $160 for an Ipad this is actually worse than when I gave it to them. Poor customer service, suspect materials.

I waited a week for them to order a back glass for my IPhone 16 Pro Max. I called and paid down payment on Sunday, the glass was supposed to come in wednesday but did not come until friday - I also had to keep calling them to check on the status of my glass and did not receive notification when the glass reached the store I had to reach out to them. The manager also did not specify that the Apple logo would be missing nor that the glass would look different during these initial phone call and consultation. On the phone, he mentioned a price of $160 and a down payment of $80 and pay the rest after the repair. When I arrive to pay the down payment, he charged $180 + tax and attempted to have me pay full price on the spot. After a whole week, I go to my appointment to have them fix my back glass. I walked around for 30 mins, bought some stuff, only to receive this back afterward. Unaligned edges, missing Apple Logo, my camera looks altered. He thought I was going to pay $212 for this. When I complained about it, he attempted to charge me an extra $300 to get the Apple Logo. After halfway making a scene I made him get his manager on the phone who claims “it was a mistake” though his worker basically said that’s what happened and have me pay the rest and get me out of the store. Now he’s talking about waiting for another week for the right glass. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK PLEASE BUY ANOTHER ONE because they ruined mine.

Needed a new battery for my iPhone 13 mini. Was quoted $80 which is cheaper than the Apple Store so I gave it a shot. Bill was $159 so I was a bit disappointed. Reached out to the email that quoted me the $80 and they said the difference was the service/installation charge. Bogus. Well phone is overheating like crazy, I mean really hot in my pocket. My iOS won’t recognize the non Apple parts including re-installing my screen? Best of all- battery still dies too soon. I’ll stick with the Apple Store I guess

Great service! Very knowledgeable! They replaced my broken iPad screen and everything seemed ok. When I went to use the iPad a week later, the screen didn't respond correctly. I called and they said to bring it back in. They identified the issue and replaced the screen a second time. It's working great now! I appreciate them standing behind their work and honoring the warranty! Five-stars for service, five-stars for their professionalism, and five-stars for standing behind their work!
