Quick and excellent service. My laptops hinge connecting the screen to the keyboard had broken apart from its connection to the screen and Best Buy’s geek squad said it wasn’t repairable and my best bet was to buy a new computer altogether. I brought my laptop here to get a second opinion and after taking the laptop apart he quickly identified the issue, and after about 20 minutes in total we had found the replacement part necessary and ordered from eBay. Once it arrived, I went back in and he installed the new backing plate in 10 minutes and my laptop was good as new, as he also managed to avoid damaging the camera, speakers, and other delicate plastic parts that had to come undone in the repair process. His price for the repair was so reasonable I gave him double what he asked.

Would’ve never expected the great customer service out of this small business. When you pull into the tiny parking lot, you would never expect such a great outcome. My son‘s computer was turning off randomly, we had no idea what the issue was. Dropped it off at the computer hospital Any owner who was already buried in work, said he would do his best to get it done as soon as possible before the Thanksgiving holiday for my son. True to his word, Within 24 hours 7 PM before Thanksgiving he completed the job. Not many people would’ve stayed on to finish the repair. Customer service top-notch will definitely. Refer friends and family. Also much more affordable than the geek squad.
