Recently, I took my phone to I Fix Repair hoping to get it fixed properly. At first, I thought they would do a good job, but after getting my phone back, I realized they made things worse. My phone is not the same anymore—it doesn’t work the way it used to, and I regret ever taking it there. When I got it back, the screen felt different, the touch wasn’t as smooth, and certain parts of the phone didn’t respond like before. I expected a proper repair, but instead, it feels like they just patched it up quickly without care. On top of that, the screen protectors they sell are weak and cheap. They start peeling off or cracking easily, which is frustrating because I paid for something that should protect my phone, not fall apart right away. The worst part of my experience, though, was the customer service. The guy who works there acted really weird—he made me uncomfortable and didn’t seem professional at all. Instead of being polite or explaining what was wrong with my phone, he gave short, rude answers and just wanted to take my money and move on. Overall, my experience at I Fix Repair was terrible. They messed up my phone, their products are low quality, and the service is strange and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there, because once they “fix” your phone, it might never be the same again.
