My experience, and my wife’s, was horrible. We first went to get a screen protector installed on my wife’s phone, and when they gave it back, it had bubbles and was clearly poorly applied. When we asked about it, they said the bubbles would go away after a while, but they never did. I also took the opportunity to replace one of the camera lens covers on my iPhone that had cracked. When they removed my phone from its case, they broke the case. I chose to ignore it because I really didn’t want to argue. Now, just 48 hours later, the glass from the camera lens has fallen off. Recently, I took my phone to I Fix Repair hoping to get it fixed properly. At first, I thought they would do a good job, but after getting my phone back, I realized they made things worse. My phone is not the same anymore—it doesn’t work the way it used to, and I regret ever taking it there. When I got it back, the screen felt different, the touch wasn’t as smooth, and certain parts of the phone didn’t respond like before.
