This is my 2nd trip to ICU for a computer problem. They were able to diagnosis the problem and at least have the machine powered on so I can continue working and evaluate if I need to replace it soon. Thank you ICU!

Very friendly staff when I called. I got some wiring done in my house and was very pleased with the punctuality, service, and caring technicians. Even though they were working in my residence for a whole day it did not interrupt my day. Great clean attic work and when they left you could not tell they were even there because of the clean-up work with so much attention to detail. In total 7 cameras were added to my residence and my whole IT closet was cleaned. They gave me options and explained everything so I could understand It. It is clear to me that this company and its employees have unparalleled experience in the industry, care about qua... Very friendly staff when I called.
