ICS Data

Our company switched to ICS Data for our IT needs about a year ago and it has made a world of difference. Prior to the switch, our old IT company could never explain why things were happening or what the root cause was for our issues. In most instances the issues were never truly resolved and I would end up having to fumble my way through the fix myself. That never sat well with me because I like to know how or why things occur to try and save ourselves time and prevent them from happening in the future. ICS has always been very professional in handling any of our IT concerns and they explain in full what happened when we ask for details. Not only that, but they stay on top of preventative maintenance to minimize down time and eliminate future issues. They respond to any and all of our concerns promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend them if you are shopping around for IT professionals.

I can't thank ICS Data enough!! Another computer repair business wanted to charge me half the cost of my son's new gaming laptop, just to replace the cracked screen. They claimed the screen was expensive and could only be obtained through one seller in the entire U.S. ICS took over and literally saved us hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend this knowledgeable business. They obviously go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of.
