Brian Ford was a very knowledgeable and courteous salesman on this job. His presentation for the removal/replacement of the storm damage to my roof was very professional and all of my questions were answered showing His experience knowing what was needed to make sure I would be happy with their work. I will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors for roofing jobs!
I’m am very pleased from beginning to end. Summer came out and did an assessment of our roof. She found things that we had no idea about. She meticulously went over every step . Austin Cox was our project manager. He was extremely helpful. He and his entire crew were second to none. Our roof looks fantastic and we could not be happier. Where to start, Summer Rivers, has been an amazing roof salesman. Every question, concern, and anything that looked out of place, I’ve had no issues cause she’s solved it all. Brandon came today, gave me a thorough investigation of my roof and explained completely what was needed to preserve and protect my house for future since I had a lot of damage due to over 25 yr old roof. Brandon’s friendliness, honesty and patience was valuable to me making a decision and becoming a happy customer of I AM Roofing, not to mention I am Happy with the price and the individual personal attention to my need as a customer.
