I feel like I got completely scammed! Our washer machine started leaking, so I made an appointment with Mr. Russell, hoping maybe he could fix it, after checking it out, he told me and my fiancé that it was not fixable but he tells us that he has a washer for sell at his store, it’s very nice and a lot newer then the one we had, plus comes with a 1 month warranty, he tells he will sell it to us for around $300 and come install it. Sounded like a great deal, after we got it I loved it! so at first we were very pleased. About 1 month after the warrenty is up, the washer just stops working , it won’t even come on or nothing, I call and make another appointment. Mr Russell comes back looks at it for about 5 minutes , tells my fiancé the computer board went out and says he was going to call me and leaves., I try to call him everyday for a week NO ANSWER finally when I speak to him he says it’s going to cost over $300 for the part to fix it, I said sir we just bought this washer from you and it breaks right after the warrenty conveniently goes out, he tells me but he has another washer he can sell me and he will take the broke one off our hands for another $300, I told him I felt completely screwed but he offers no way accommodate us, we could have put that money towards a new machine and would have a working washer machine

Once they come out the first time, you WILL NEVER get them back on the phone. I have been calling every single day, multiple times a day since January 30th. It's now February 19th. No one will answer. Finally had to get back in touch with GE to get them to send another company out since I'm still having issues from the first problem. They came and replaced the power board in my washer, said he'd call when it was finished to let me know what was going on. (I was at work, washer is located outside in a building so he was able to access it while I wasn't home) well I never heard anything back after he replaced the power board on the 30th....and still nothing.

Very professional and prompt service!! My dryer which I Had purchased from Lowe’s 14 months ago Had quit heating up. I had also purchased a three year extended warranty through Lowe’s repair service. I called and had an appointment set up to have someone from Dependable Appliance repair here in Pineville Louisiana, to come and fix my dryer I had an appointment four days out and missed a day of work for it. I sat there all day waiting for them to show and at 4 o’clock I called and they told me that they had canceled my order and didn’t even have the decency to give me a courtesy call to let me know that they were not coming. Therefore I went to Lowe’s to ask them about this and they told me that they were no longer working on Samsung products. I told him that I had purchased my warranty and that it must be honored or would have to get a lawyer involved. After a second attempt of Lowe’s trying to contact dependable appliance service to come out and fix my dryer they did the same thing to me again and did not call to tell me that they were not going to show. I had to become the ugly person to get any kind of action out of Lowes . That very day I got a phone call from Mr. Russell saying that he would be able to come and fix my dryer that day even though my next appointment with him wasn’t for another five days. He was here at my house within 30 minutes and within an hour had my dryer back up and running perfectly. I cannot think him enough for coming so quickly and being so professional with his work. I now know to never purchase an appliance or anything that you need warranty through Lowe’s. And I also now know to never ever call Dependable Appliance repair for anything because they are far far from dependable. Thank you Mr. Russell from HT appliance repair !!!
