I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with extreme caution before purchasing from this business. On the same day I brought home a washer and dryer, the washer failed to spin, despite my being assured by Sara that both appliances were fully functional. As a result, I immediately incurred additional expenses to address issues that should have been disclosed or resolved prior to sale. Furthermore, I was required to hire an electrician to replace the dryer plug. When the back of the dryer was opened during that service, dead rats and bones fell out. This discovery was alarming and completely unacceptable. I had specifically been told that the appliances were cleaned prior to purchase, which was clearly not the case. This experience reflects a serious lack of quality control, transparency, and integrity. Consumers should not have to question whether appliances are functional, sanitary, or honestly represented at the time of sale. Given these circumstances, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office to ensure this matter is properly reviewed.

Horrible! If you want your money don’t go here! We got a washer from them and from the start every time a rinse cycle came it knocked really badly then it just flat out stopped working then we brought it back and asked for a refund and they don’t do refunds ofc bc they probably know that they are selling faulty products and ppl are gonna want their money back. They offered to repair it and they made it work again but from the moment it got home it still knocks really loudly and I know they heard it when they ran a test cycle and just didn’t fix it. The woman at the desk was also very rude when we asked about the return and she closed the doors to the building as soon as we stepped foot outside. This is an honest review please don’t go here it’s seriously a waste of money and time. Save yourself the headache

Sigh, We bought a $200 washer here, we brought it home, unloaded it ourselves, and washed some clothes. A couple washes later, It proceeded to flood our house, it just never stopped filling up. We were in the 30 day warranty to replace the item so I loaded it up, unloaded it at fussells, I picked another washer that was $200 because if you choose more than the purchase price you must pay the difference and I cant afford that, and I definitely cant afford the gas to drive 1 hour to opelousas for this again and again. So we get this washer home, unload it, the agitator does not move, it does not agitate, it does NOT get the clothes clean. IM SO SICK at this point, we decide to go to alexandria to the I think main store (maybe). Which is also and hour away from me. We load up the washer ourselves and go to the alexandria location, im still within my warranty (30 days!) mind you. They do not have any 200 washers. So I have to dish out $55 more dollars for another washer because that's the price difference. We get it home unload it, the clothes catch and wrapp around the agitator, I thought this has got to be a joke, maybe even a fluke. But no, every single load it getting wrapped around the agitator and tangled and stuck. Im still within my warrant but im just going to keep this washer and cry at this point.

Had a horrible experience with this place. Bought a washer and dryer for my daughter. Washer went out they replaced it with another faulty one. While getting it replaced I bought a refrigerator from them. I called the next day to let them know it wasn't sealing and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. Whomever was in charge was out of the office and was suppose to contact me the next day. She (the one i talked to) assured me they'd have a solution before Christmas. However, no one called and nothing got fixed. So I lost all my food and had to go buy another refrigerator. I went to lowes this time. At least they honor their warranty. I do not recommend this place. Save your time and money honestly, buy new. You may pay a little more but it will save you from having to buy a whole new one when they don't honor anything. Highly disappointed. I lost as much food as the refrigerator cost. Groceries are high and you have food planned for your family and then it all goes to waste. Shame on this company. They contacted me a month later when warranty was out because I disputed the charges.
