I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with extreme caution before purchasing from this business. On the same day I brought home a washer and dryer, the washer failed to spin, despite my being assured by Sara that both appliances were fully functional. As a result, I immediately incurred additional expenses to address issues that should have been disclosed or resolved prior to sale. Furthermore, I was required to hire an electrician to replace the dryer plug. When the back of the dryer was opened during that service, dead rats and bones fell out. This discovery was alarming and completely unacceptable. I had specifically been told that the appliances were cleaned prior to purchase, which was clearly not the case. This experience reflects a serious lack of quality control, transparency, and integrity. Consumers should not have to question whether appliances are functional, sanitary, or honestly represented at the time of sale. Given these circumstances, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office to ensure this matter is properly reviewed.
