Purchased a stackable washer dryer here, over the past 13 months it has... -Snapped a dryer belt twice -Heating element went out -Dryer tension wheel was broken when I got it, causing the dryer belt issues -Unit was FULL of lint that needed to be deep cleaned -Most screws on the front panel were stripped as well -Washing machine has flooded the apartment twice due to overflow Do not buy here. They also do not sell any spare parts for any units that they sell so source your own.

I've only worked with Hower Used Appliances once and unfortunately the experience was unprofessional, to say the least. They didn't fix my dryer the first visit, which I paid $203. When they went back to "honor" their work, I received another $197 bill for one door seal. If that's the price, no worries I'll pay it.. I simply asked them for clarification about the new total of $400. See the image attached of my messages with Hower Appliances. I circled their responses in red, showing an extreme disrespect towards me, the client, that they've only worked with ONCE. I'm shocked to receive texts like this from a legitimate COMPANY - "Well next time you do it" and "Y'all are too complicated", when I simply asked for price clarification. I called them immediately to handle this interaction over the phone and the woman proceeded to yell at me. On top of that, see the second image of how they left my home after their work. This is at an Airbnb I own, so when the guests arrived they were extremely upset and concerned about the cleanliness due to how Hower Appliances left it - parts and trash throughout the kitchen floor. I have multiple businesses and have been a customer to thousands of companies, and I've never received this level of disrespect, unprofessionalism and low quality work.
