Randy was quick to come help us with our hot water heater which was very much appreciated! He is knowledgable, professional and courteous. I would happily recommend Houston Mechanical Service and will definitely call him with future needs. :)
Discovered a leak in my backyard. I called Houston Mechanical based on a friend's referral. Randy did not disappoint. He showed up when he said he would and went right to work digging in the mud. After discovering the source of the leak, he made the repair quickly. Randy was very professional and personable. I felt the price was more than fair. I am glad I made the call to Houston Mechanical. I would definitely use them again should the need arise without hesitation. I also grabbed a couple of his business cards to share with my friends.
Our experience with Randy was fantastic! He was on time and prepared. He explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions on preventing future issues. I highly recommend Randy and will be using him in the future, both in my personal home and recommending him to clients. He's knowledgeable and would be worth it at twice the price!
