We’ve had Horizon Plumbing out twice now to fix a few water leaks in our home, and both times have been excellent experiences. Every time we’ve called, the front desk team has been responsive, friendly, and made us feel like valued customers. Our first plumber did a great job, and our most recent technician, Chance, was one of the most professional, kind, and informative tradesmen I’ve ever met. He truly embodies a customer-first attitude and represents Horizon Plumbing extremely well. To the owners or managers — Chance deserves a raise; he’s worth every bit of it. Because of the great employees and service we’ve received, Horizon Plumbing has earned my repeat business in the future

We worked with Horizion and the quote was very misleading. Was advised 1700 for escavation. Talked about bringing in a escavator and the time the tech would take to get one. Got my bill and wow, Apparently the tech digging a hole with a shovel was "escavation". Also did not disclose Sunday rates were wayYY higher than Sat rates. Tread lightly with these guys. They stick it to you on the back end. Wish I could give a zero rating.

Brian was the gentleman that came to our rescue from Horizon Plumbing! He is very polite, listened to what we had to say, and on point! We had terrible water pressure over the weekend amongst the storm damaged people are experiencing. Horizon was quick to answer my call set an appointment. Their service is great! Very polite and professional workers! On the first day they showed up promptly at the start of the day 830am, even with it being a federally recognized holiday (Juneteenth). Unfortunately, they could not locate our water meter. So they called the city of Broken Arrow and had them meet them at our residence first thing the next morning. They did all the foot work and took care of us! We got a PVR replacement done in a few hours and have wonderful water pressure back in our home. We highly recommend this local company and Brian to be your service provider! Thank you Brian and Horizon Plumbing!

My warm water heater blew out yesterday and I called Angie from Horizon Plumbing to the rescue. All I can say is "WOW", what an amazing, friendly and efficient service experience. The plumber, Art was kind, informative and got me hooked up with hot water in a jiffy. It is unlike me to give a 5 star review easily, but I am so impressed with the service that I just have to share it. Thank you so much guys. Am keeping your number on my speed dial!
