We are thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the attentiveness given to us. Our drains needed cleaning and we had questions about our initial appointment and we had plumbers at our house almost immediately to address our concerns. Preston and Brandon were both kind, thorough, and professional in tackling our kitchen drain which was our main concern. Preston and Tato were very helpful and informative. They walked me through every estimate and every step of the process. They presented me with my current and future options when assessing the issue. Both of them were incredibly thoughtful, friendly and communicative throughout the process. Spot On worked with me to get my issue resolved the same day and for a price I was happy with.
