We had such a positive experience here! We had some referrals from here and we loved the price for an affordable dryer. We didn’t mind the dents in our dryer. We had Rafael and Mason deliver our washer and dryer and they were very professional and mindful of what type of flooring we had and tried to keep it clean. They were so great about calling ahead to let me know there time frame and even helping us install it in our unit. I would definitely buy from them again.

The delivery and installation team was top-notch. They were extremely efficient, and handled the installation with care and precision. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, from removing the old set to installing my new LG units. The team was courteous, professional, and made sure everything was in perfect working order before they left. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the level of service I received from Hooker appliance I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality appliances and outstanding customer service.
