Great experience! Left a message with the reception service and Dan called me back within 10 minutes. This was on a long holiday weekend. Explained what I thought was the problem and it got solved over the phone. Great service and very pleasant. I know I’ll need service in the future on my fixer-upper so Dan will be my first call.

Spoke with Dan on the phone about some potential electrical work and he gave me a ton of time to address all of my issues, was extremely knowledgable and helpful about what work we need doing, estimates and advice about other issues on the property. Looking forward hiring them in the near future to have it all taken care of but in the meantime I have so much more information about what costs we will be facing and priorities for budgeting for them.

I reached out to HomeWiz on a Saturday, and Dan got back to me the next morning on a Sunday. I ended up not being able to use HomeWiz due to scheduling, however, Dan was kind enough to talk me through some serious electrical and HVAC issues discovered during a home inspection (note: home inspection not performed by HomeWiz). Providing guidance and expertise for free is unheard of, but Dan was kind enough to answer all my questions and make recommendations for other contractors. A few days later, I reached out to have Dan pressure check a quote from another electrician; Dan responded within an hour and provided solid advice which worked out in my favor. If you're looking for an electrical or HVAC contractor with integrity, level-headedness, and customer service, give them a call. Given my personal experience, this business is not out to grab your money.

Very response to our inquiries. The electricians arrived not just on time, but early! --- that always never happens when we have work done on the house. They were thorough and did an excellent job with our electrical issue. I highly recommend HomeWiz and will use them again if we need more work.

Dan and Howard were great from the very first communication. I reached out to them and within a day they responded and gave me a verbal quote over the phone (due to COVID precautions) before coming out to take a look at the project. I was having a generator installed and they were spot on with the original verbal quote. They ordered the generator and within a few weeks it arrived, just like they said it would. The installation was smooth and easy. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and got us a great price! I will definitely be using them again in the future for any HVAC needs

These days it's not easy to find an electrician or plumber that will even call back let alone come to your house. Home Wiz showed up the next day. The technician identified the problem, offered repair options then fixed the problem swiftly. Home Wiz is not the least expensive., but like I said they show up You get an immediate call back and service appointment, so they're worth the cost.
