Great service today at hometown wireless; and in the years past.I’ve never had any issues with this business weather it be a phone repair purchasing a new phone or answering any questions or concerns they’ve always provided exceptional service! I highly recommend you check this place out for affordable, great services, plans and repairs! The staff is very helpful and informative and just all around great customer service!
Called and showed up last minute on a Saturday and he still got my daughter's phone in and repaired before close. Even after closing time he took his personal time to really do his job and made sure she was more than set! He went ABOVE and BEYOND and it was truly appreciated! I personally will NEVER go anywhere else for anything phone related! Thank you for the great customer service!
I was referred to Hometown Wireless through my service provider as an authorized service provider and was looking for a very specific deal to upgrade my phone. Marquis didn’t have the item in stock at the time, but he took my information and promised to call me back. I continued my search in the surrounding areas, but the other businesses either didn’t answer the phone or failed to offer any real assistance. I was thrilled when Marquis followed through and called to let me know the phone I was looking for was in stock. Marquis was professional, efficient, and never tried to upsell me. He truly listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience was stress free, just honest, helpful service. Even though I live out of town, Hometown Wireless’s incredible customer service truly sets them apart and has earned my continued business.
I came in to get my screen fixed and was approached by marquis, who was awesome helped me right away with a great attitude! Had my phone fixed within an hour. I would recommend anyone that needs their phones fixed and more to come here!
It's good shop if you need a phone repair or battery replacement. You can get a used phone here but they cater more to Apple heads (that's what have most of on display) if you want serious android they can order it for with a deposit of $25.
