Absolutely terrible awful frustrating and lazy service. Cannot say this loud enough… AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are an extremely sketchy company who helps home warranty companies (Cinch) make bogus repairs instead of helping the customer actually replace/repair appliances properly. THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME AS MUCH. When attempting to work through some questions, they were OUT RIGHT HOSTILE towards helping me with a confusing situation. They couldn’t even get me a part price for a part they were about to install. Insanity. I have a 30 year old water heater and they are pushing me to FLUSH AND FIX IT?! Dangerous and borderline negligent. Any lawyers reading feel free to contact me for more.

What an AWESOME experience!! Lee was the ultimate professional from the 1st phone call until he completed the job. Lee was able to do what a technician from another company could not. My kitchen faucet installation was done quickly and looks amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Lee has the best personality, energy and professionalism that I have ever experienced in a service technician! I would highly recommend Lee for any of your service needs. I will definitely use Lee again whenever the need arises! A++ customer service experience!!
