High end craftsmanship on my Oak Street, Redwings, and Wolverine heritage boots. He rebuilt the heel on my Trench boots better than factory, resoled and crafted my Iron Rangers w a perfect brick red Dainite sole, and also perfectly installed a Dr Sole setup on my 1000 miles. Don’t be afraid to take your high end boots here.. Mitch’s work is impeccable.

I cannot believe I have not reviewed Factory Finish already. If you have shoe needs this is your new go to place. I have had, shoe repair, shoe conditioning and have made purchases out of the store as well. Shoe\Boot inserts, belts, for both work and dress. These guys have the knowledge and ability to get your shoe or leather related issues done!!! The boots shown I had both conditioned and repaired. Always satisfied when working with these guys.

I have had many pairs of boots resoled and repaired at Factory Finish and every time the results are perfect. Mitch really knows his stuff. From stitching to Goodyear welt work he is awesome! He’s as good as any YouTube show off and he’s local friendly.

Excellent, and timely service at a fair price. I am in Canada, but worth the trip State side to find a true cobbler who can repair shoes the right way. I had some leather boots which I wore through the soles on. Called Mitch, who confirmed he would certainly be able to take care of me. I made the trip over on a Friday to drop them off. Mitch showed me my options and i left the boots in his capable hands. He called me the following wednesday to tell me the boots are done. New soles of my choosing installed, looking as good as new. He also cleaned the well worn boots up, and threw new laces on them. I am very pleased with the results, and love the opportunity to support a third generation business, doing quality work. i will be returning with all future shoe and leather repair needs. thanks again Mitch!
