MGS Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

Got an estimate from jose, explained that I needed the system fixed for the summer heat and chose MGS. Needed everything fixed for the heater and air conditioner. We agreed on fixing it, the entire system. After spending a couple thousand, it was not fixed then they up charged several times on just trying to get the air conditioning up and running. Now it leaks through the roof and the pipes freeze when the unit is on. Making the house hot and not even livable in during the alamogordo heat. This is a great company. But an employee whose name I believe is Jeremy gives the entire brand a bad name. He has no respect for the people who interact with him and need to learn to take a shower once in a while

The entire staff is professional, courteous and prompt. They did a very big job for me, lots of additional issues to install HVAC system in my home but handled it all without glitches at a fair, reasonable price. Most definitely recommend getting an estimate from them.

Had this company install a new HVAC unit in my house. The unit has worked but not without issues. The heater has been great but AC unit is another story. Several issues with it and its only 2 years old. Had several issues with initial installation which techs have come out and tried to resolve but as of this writing it is not working in 100 degree heat. I feel a new unit should not have "issues". Initial setup by tech was not done properly according to MGS. With all this in mind they have responded and their tech Ben has responded and the owner Gary has called to make sure this unit is operating. I give them credit as they stand by their equi...
