MGS Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

Had this company install a new HVAC unit in my house. The unit has worked but not without issues. The heater has been great but AC unit is another story. Several issues with it and its only 2 years old. Had several issues with initial installation which techs have come out and tried to resolve but as of this writing it is not working in 100 degree heat. I feel a new unit should not have "issues". Initial setup by tech was not done properly according to MGS. With all this in mind they have responded and their tech Ben has responded and the owner Gary has called to make sure this unit is operating. I give them credit as they stand by their equipment and do go out of their way to help their customers. I do feel good about choosing this business to take care of my HVAC needs. Rest assured they will do everything possible to make you happy.

Got an estimate from jose, explained that I needed the system fixed for the summer heat and chose MGS. Needed everything fixed for the heater and air conditioner. We agreed on fixing it, the entire system. After spending a couple thousand, it was not fixed then they up charged several times on just trying to get the air conditioning up and running. Now it leaks through the roof and the pipes freeze when the unit is on. Making the house hot and not even livable in during the alamogordo heat. They are not honest about their estimate or finish the work we agreed upon Becareful, what we thought we agreed to on the estimated was completely different when they were paid for the work. They spent several days works on it and the problems just got worse. And continued to add charges. They left holes in the unit after work and mice got into it and further ruined it.
