We have been shopping at Home Outlet for the past few years. Charles has helped us with design and selection of three separate kitchens and numerous bathrooms, including cabinets and Vanities. He also helped us pick out Vinyl flooring and doors for the homes. We can’t say enough good things about Home Outlet and Our experience with Charles. He is very knowledgeable and he is not afraid to think outside the box and make recommendations that are creative and practical. Charles Shanks was extremely helpful with a knee drawer we purchased for our bathroom remodel. Our contractor did not know how to install and we were ready to give up and install a seating bench between our two bathroom vanities. Charles was patient, informative and assisted with helping us get it installed. He also helped me and my husband with kitchen measurements for new kitchen cabinets. We are happy items we purchased from the store. When they have sales, you can get some really good deals. If you were a DIY or have your own contractor, this can help you get a project done at a fraction of the cost of big box stores.
