Installation crew arrived at our home exactly at the scheduled time. Both members of the crew were very personable and fully knowledgeable about the product we purchased (mini split to augment our existing mini split system ). They took the time to explain their installation methodology in a comprehensive and understandable manner and went to work on the installation. Their work was completed much quicker than I expected ,in accordance with the highest professional standards, and the cleanup they did post installation ( interior and exterior) was impressive. Finally, they reviewed the operation of the unit ( for both on site and remote operation) and flattened the learning curve for the technical , web based operating system in laymen’s language, which I needed. Overall, the install crew who worked at our vacation home were nothing short of exceptional!

Our family highly recommends Home Energy Products for a full house mini split instillation. From start to finish the project moved smoothly and the work was completed just as they promised. Our sales representative Phil Joyce and our team of technicians, Kyle(team leader) Lucas, and Drew were very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They worked in the house for three days, two with heavy rain, and were working nonstop, all the while, polite, quick to answer questions, friendly, great with my dog, and kept the house and work areas clean during the day and made sure everything was organized before they left for the day. Before Kyle and Lucas left, they spent time making sure we understood the system and made sure we had all of the resources we needed to answer any follow up questions. It was a great experience! The mini-split I’ve had upstairs for cooling needed repair this summer and I received both wonderful service (thank you, Pete!) and communication from this company. Today I had them install a mini-split for the downstairs that can heat and cool (thank you Marc and Lucas!). Work was done efficiently and professionally — I also noted and appreciated the care they took to cover and protect my floors. A very neat install - inside and out. Looking forward to staying warm — and cool! Highly recommend this company!
