The Anderson tech arrived on time, same day. Methodically reviewed my heating issues, did not find a problem but answered all my questions about my issue and left me feeling secure about my heating. No problems have been seen since His visit.
This company is honest, dependable, and has the best prices around town. We called several HVAC companies to look at our furnace when it stopped working. Anderson quickly found the real problem after another company tried to tell us it was the circuit board to overcharge us. It wasn’t. We’re very grateful for their honesty and professionalism.
Communication before The installation was great. I got all my questions answered, no problem. Installation of the new HVAC system also went well. When they were done the lead installer said they have to get me new air exchange grilles that will hold the Furnace filters. He took measurements and emailed them to His boss. After two weeks, I did not hear from anybody about the new grilles So I had to take the initiative to get the ball rolling on that. To make a long story short., It took over two months after installation for them to install my new air exchange grilles. Meanwhile, I was operating a new system for two months with no furnace filters. Pretty irritating. They knew what system I was getting so it seems like they should’ve had those Grilles Ready at the Day of installation.
