Anderson Heating and air is great company that provides swift expedient response and service. Ghe technician who arrived at my house was prompt and courteous. He executed excellent customer service. Anderson sent a tech to meet the Inspector for permit sign-off & called us to make sure we were available for the appointment. Both the office staff & the in-home technician were polite, knowledgeable & willing to help with our requests. We needed special filters & they supplied them at a reasonable price. The tech helped to reinstall the intake cover inside our home which we greatly appreciated. Anderson Carson City is a reliable & competent A/C company. We received 6 quotes & Anderson was competitive in price & features for the Lennox model we selected. We highly recommend them.

The Anderson tech arrived on time, same day. Methodically reviewed my heating issues, did not find a problem but answered all my questions about my issue and left me feeling secure about my heating. No problems have been seen since His visit.
