After checking out all the big box stores for new appliances for a new home, I stumbled upon Hoersch Home Appliance. One of the best local family owned businesses in the fox valley. Great service, great people, and great prices. Highly recommend stopping in to their new location and seeing what they can do for you. Will only be going here from now on. A++++++

First time purchasing form them what a great experience no pressure to buy very helpful and honest bought a range front load washer and dryer and pedestals for both wanted the 16 inch one Steve was honest and told us the problems they have with the 16 inch so we bought the 7 inch one on the way out the store we stopped and looked at one of the 16 inch and seen what he was talking about two guys showed up today installed them all in about an hour and 10 minutes. Great job guys keep up the good work. I would purchase from here again.

Just had washer/dryer and dishwasher delivered and installed. Jack and Jordon were most professional and thorough! Shopping local is the way to go. Quality product. Service. They stand behind products they sell. Hoersch-you won't be dissapointed.

I’m so happy and excited to finally have my brand new coin-operated Speed Queen washing machine! They even took the old one that wasn’t working and had the new one delivered and installed while I was at work—complete with brand new steel braided water hoses. It was such a great moment to come home to that, and my son and I had a blast spending some quality time together learning how it works. Our LG refrigerator, age 8, died a long, slow death on a Saturday while we were out. The next day I went to the appliance store where we had purchased it, hoping that they could repair it. They said that someone would contact us. Someone never did, and by the next Wednesday, having gone four days with no refrigeration, I passed by Hoersch on my daily run to Festival for ice. Desperate, I stopped in to see if they could recommend a repairman. Austin offered to bring us a loaner fridge after work, as he was the only one in the shop.
