We had Hobson come out (Dustin DeGroot) on a recommendation from a friend to fix an issue we had with a water softener . Another common installed a softener two months ago and during that time it never actually gave us soft water. The tech's(3 of them) they sent out never installed it to where it would actually produce soft water. We called them out multiple times to fix an issue we discovered. I’d we wouldn’t have figured out it wasn’t soft water who knows how long this would’ve gone on. Yes. The salt was going down and we figured it was working properly . No soft water and water pressure issues that we’ve never had prior to their installation. Dustin from Hobson came out and with in minutes of discussing the issues we were have solved the water pressure issue in seconds!!! It was simply the main was never opened completely up. The simplest of fixes. Then he discussed the other issues and solved those issues with the correct valves that weren’t properly installed. He was at my home for less than an hour. He did what the other company couldn’t do(and they installed it) with 3 of their techs couldn’t do! My wife and I are grateful for Dustins expertise in his trade for solving our issues. We can not recommend Hobson more. Well trained company that won’t let you down.
