Jon was extremely personable and very friendly. This guy loves his job! The quote we got from him was reasonable considering we needed two furnaces replaced. We’ve used Anderson’s for plumbing in the past and never had any issues, so we decided to try them for 2 complete furnace replacements after the heat exchangers were defective. They always have been honest and upfront with no gimmicks. No upselling, just give you exactly what you need for your house. Kyle came by to inspect the old units initially, and then again a day after the installers left to make some minor adjustments to the new units. He is simply fantastic at what he does and just a wonderful person to talk with. The installers, Sam, Richard, & Kris were fast and efficient and got the job done in less than 8 hrs for 2 units. These guys made sure everything was left cleaner than when they found it and left to our satisfaction. The Anderson H&P experience has always been top notch!

We have nothing but great things to say about Anderson. We have had them do yearly maintenance on our HVAC and its always been a great experience. Their techs are professional, super knowledgeable and recommend other optional services that help ensure your system is at optimal level. For example, we had them install a UV light in our HVAC system & boy what a difference!! We called Andersen Heating because we needed to replace our old furnace. From the 1st call to the completed installation of a new Lennox furnace, the Andersen team did a great job!
