Highly recommend. I love that they offer quotes/estimates digitally and sometimes without even having to see your vehicle if you know exactly what needs to be done already. My son-in-law recently had a scare and thought the worse about his truck when he heard a loud pop on the highway. After a quick Google Search and look up of reviews/reputable shops in their area, I told my daughter to give this shop a call. They had the truck towed there (probably not necessary, but better to be safe than sorry!), they quoted it and got it repaired the same day. Excellent customer service and honest work! Thank you for taking care of them!

Be VERY WEARY! PURE HIGHWAY ROBBERY. We needed a new wheel bearing. Coming off i80., out of state. The "her" in "his & hers" ONLY gave me the option of electronic estimate for work approval. No paperwork to sign before work began during the estimate. Electronic estimate was for $429.61. Being in a tight spot I signed it. An hour later they added $100.00 to the parts price within the electronic estimate! Pricing a wheel bearing at $191.00 when the electronic estimate was for $91.00 in parts. I was driving from Salt Lake City to Oakland for a concert when my alternator blew outside of Carlin. After a very long night, I had it towed to Elko and His & Hers Automotive. Not only were they able to squeeze us in last minute, they worked with me to leave my car on the lot so we could continue to Oakland in a rental to make the concert in time! If you are in/around Elko or happen to get stuck there and need some work done, please reach out to them! Some seriously great people who really know how to treat others with absolute kindness!

I had the opportunity to use His and Hers twice now both experiences were awesome! They were able to get my 1970 duster dialed in and running like a champ. They went above and beyond my requests and expectations! Both times they had a friendly and welcoming environment. The communication was on point, they answered every question I had in detail, they had it done in the time they promised and they made it a point that I left satisfied. Thanks again to His and Hers!
