Amazing experience with Marc and his talented team at Highland Window on our exterior doors project. Marc was knowledgeable, personable, and helped us bring our front entrance door vision to life. The team at Highland Window are incredible craftsmen and worked with us from the design through the build. 100% recommend if you’re in the market for exterior doors!!
My husband and I contacted Marc about 5 years ago to get an estimate on window replacement. While Marc’s price was incredibly reasonable it simply didn’t fit our budget at the time. However, we knew a few years down the road there would be no need to contact anyone else. Marc was honest, fairly priced, came highly recommended, and was very responsive! Once we were ready we contacted Marc right away and he made the process very easy. His crew was hard working, detailed, and did an impeccable job. Marc truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. He checked in multiple times throughout the project, answered all our questions, and followed up with us the next day. Would HIGHLY recommend Marc and his team!
Marc and team were wonderful to work with! He's super responsive and when we had an issue with a few windows, he was very attentive and fixed it right away. Marc and his team at Highland Windows were fantastic to work with. Marc was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and offered us the best price around. He was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. The installation team was professional, punctual, and thorough—cleaning up each day and finding creative solutions for some of the more challenging window installations. They even finished the job ahead of schedule, and the results exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend them!
Highland Windows recently replaced 10 large windows and our front door in our contemporary home, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Marc’s communication throughout the project was consistent and timely. The crew (Neil, Hilton, and Robin) worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and left everything spotless at the end of each day. They were trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. Marc was upfront from the beginning, explaining exactly what could and couldn’t be done with our space, which gave us confidence in the process. The quote was very reasonable compared with several others we received, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
