I do not know about Michael the owners quality, but I can account for his unprofessionalism. I brought in a piece to be worked on and I did not agree with his pricing on a line item. I got upset and asked to speak to the owner. I asked if he was the owner and he said, "NO". then I find out from his son Chris that he is in fact the owner and he lied and that they also took a vote. Chris said that they had a meeting and I lost two to one that they didn't want to do my project and I needed to come pick it up. LOL, I had told Michael that I was going to come pick it up anyway, but talked to Chris and was going to give them another chance to win my business. Actually, Chris had talked to me on the phone and was very articulate and ACTUALLY explained the difference in pricing. Chris is a very intelligent and detailed person. He treated me like a human being and I would work with him on any project. His dad on the other hand is a pushy bully. I don't have time for people like that and certainly don't want to support them with my hard earned money!
