Heritage Hardwood Flooring

From our first meeting to the end of our project Dan and his team at Heritage Hardwood Flooring demonstrated professionalism, great customer service and craftsmanship for our flooring project. Our project consisted of removing old carpets and replacing with 800 sf of matching white oak flooring in both our living room and master bedroom. Then refinishing all the wood flooring throughout our home, approx 1300 sf, including bathroom, pantry and closets. Our goal was to refinish the floors so they looked not like a refinish job but like an original install. HHF was very successful in meeting our goal. We really appreciated the patience HHF gave us in our efforts to select the right stain color and their willingness to make changes to issues that became apparent during the work process. The sign of a true professional is not only performing their skills flawlessly but also how well problems are solved in the likely occurrence in a project like ours. HHF was able to demonstrate those skills with great success. Dan set our expectations high as he assured us in the quality of work he planned to provide in our project. We can confidently say he met those expectations with great success. They performed the work in the time frame that was quoted and did not declare the project done until we were satisfied. Someone might assume that service, professionalism and craftsmanship like this would come at a great financial cost but we found HHF’s cost to be considerably less than the other bids received. And no extra costs were tacked on at the end of the project. Satisfaction was the goal at the price quoted. It is easy to see that we are very happy with the work Heritage Hardwood Flooring performed on our flooring project and we are planning on using them again for future projects. And yes, we would recommend them for your hardwood flooring needs as well.

We recently worked with Daniel/Heritage Hardwood Flooring to remove our old tile and carpet and replace it with hardwood throughout the house, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Daniel & his Heritage Hardwood crew were awesome to work with. They had no problem sanding and finishing sample areas so we could decide on color & topcoat sheen two different times. We had nearly 800 sq ft of carpet replaced with 3/4" hardwood to match our existing wood then that and the balance of our hardwood was sanded and finished. Today they installed nice, flush-mount handles on the crawl access panels. We looked at several very expensive Parade homes recently and they all had cheap zinc plated handles that were just screwed to the top of the panels. The flush handles look so much better. Simple details like that are impressive to me. We did discover an issue late after they finished on Friday. Daniel had someone at the house on Saturday to assess it and they fixed it on Sunday (big thanks to Jesse!) so our painters could maintain schedule and start first-thing Monday. Getting the job done well is important but the real discriminator is how a company reacts to problems and Heritage Hardwoods excelled with my job.

Heritage Hardwood Flooring just refinished our hardwoods and laid new ones in the dining room where we previously had carpet. The refinished new flooring match up perfectly and you'd never know they were done 24 years apart! Daniel was amazing in all his communication; relaying to us the scope of work, timeline and pricing! Jesse and Will did an awesome job performing the work of the sanding, refinishing and laying the new flooring all in the agreed time frame and price! We are beyond thrilled with our beautiful floors and cannot thank them enough for their extraordinary workmanship and customer service! We wholeheartedly recommend Daniel and his team!
