Alex was punctual, straight forward and very knowledgeable. He was informative of Hendrix membership but not pushy whatsoever. He was thorough and up front about the need for repairs and was quick to get us an updated quote and timeline for when the parts would arrive. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Comfort Flow. From my 1st phone contact with Jeff C to the day after install. The installers were efficient, courteous and mindful of my indoor cats. Trey C made sure everything was working properly, then Jeff came the day after to make sure all was working well and educated me on how best to set up my ductless that was efficient for my home. Great service, great communication on arrival of technician. Henry was very professional, and timely. Explained everything he was going to do, and it got done in a timely manner. Even though we had waited past a year. To do any maintenance on it. It still looked brand new, and still ran great. I also wanted to mention. That on installation day in 2024. It took two days to install both systems. In the two rooms that they were going in. But, it was worth the wait. The guys who did that. They were very professional, and worked in a timely manner.
