Clayton's Auto Repair & Service

We live in Beaverton, my son goes to OSU and his Subaru would not start. Called Clayton's and spoke to Bob Durham Jr., the owner. He was gracious, showed empathy and genuine care. I had it set up for the car to be towed, it was fixed on a Monday, Daryl kept me up to date via phone and text, the quote was reasonable for the starter to be replaced and they had it done the same day. My son picked it up on Tuesday. Never met them personally, but they were the ultimate pros. Now I can say my son has his Corvallis repair shop! Your mindfulness and authenticity made a human connection refreshing from my end!

I can no longer recommend them. I brought my car in for an engine code. They proceeded to work on the engine knowing full well this could have been covered under dealer extended warranty. In their own words they said "we've seen this before" with this model year, yet they went ahead and serviced the vehicle and charged me to remedy the code, knowing full well it could have been serviced by the dealer at no cost, unfortunately this is only temporary fix because these model cars within certain years have an engine defect which can only be remedied with extensive (and expensive) repair,
