Can I just saw...this place is awesome. To say that the people are great is such an understatement! They're always able to give wonderful suggestions to improve your project, the prices are good for high quality products, and lead times are short. If you have a glass related project, do yourself a favor and go to Hex glass.

The products they produce are always top notch, but what’s more impressive is their customer service. I’ve used them for multiple projects over the years. I’m always blown away by the customer service. Lexington has so many great small businesses, but I think they may the best from a customer service standpoint. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible customer service. The guy on the front desk (didn’t grab his name), but he was being a dick. I got a quote but ended up not buying anything from them.

HEK glass is outstanding to work with. Called about getting glass shelves for bar cabinets and they provided a quote over the phone. Great quality, great price , fast , the best customer service I have experienced in past 10 years. They did such a good job I came back the following week for a full length mirror and they exceeded my high expectations again. I HIGHLY recommend them for all you glass needs.
