I am extremely pleased with the job Hector and his crew did at my home, and I would highly recommend them. They were professional, kind, attentive to detail and very hard working. The paint job turned out beautiful! I even felt comfortable leaving them in my home to work while I was out-of-town for several days.
Hector and his team did excellent work. Their craftsmanship really showed and hard to find. The price was fair and his team was attentive to my concerns and made adjustments quickly. Very satisfied with the outcome. The work involved column and support structure replacement. Including painting, all the trim and stucco for the entire front of the house.
Loved working with Hector and his crew! Everyone was professional and courteous. They did everything as promised and more. I HIGHLY recommend him to all of my friends, neighbors, and family! I used him to fix carpentry, siding, painting, and doors to the exterior of my home. I will 100% use Hector again if needed. I think the biggest thing for me was that I felt comfortable going to work and being productive while his crew was busy work8ng at the house. As others have said, he takes care of the details that I don't even think about, pressure washing, finding and replacing rotten wood, etc.
Hector and his team do a quality job making sure it is done right. Lots of time spent with prepping and preparing the area. The paint work and quality is very good and they use the best products available. They work for 5 days straight at our home on multiple projects. We had new wood cabinets built in three separate bathrooms and our walk-in pantry. These all had to be sanded primered and painted with multiple coats for quality and durability. We also had to have our walls completely scraped and retextured due to poor drywall and plaster work prior. Those walls came out fantastic and look better than the original texture in other rooms of the house. Highly recommend!
They replaced multiple areas of rotted wood including soffit and lower wood posts that were rotted. Removed railing that had water damage/rot and sanded down and repaired posts. Did not try to sway my choices but offered good suggestions to help make decisions. Pricing was fair and crew was great. Makes me feel I have a new house. Great job! I will use Hector Professional Painting again for sure.
