I met the EZ Bath company at a LAFF Convention in Feb of 2025… we were not ready to start our project that year but ask if they would call us in 2026. Sure enough we received a call in early 2026 and the appointment was set on Jan 20, 2026. A very nice salesman named Kim came and went through every single aspect of getting a bathroom remodel and walk in shower! He was very thorough and precise about everything and walked me through the entire process so I could make a decision for my husband and I. We were offered some amazing deals that night and I made the choice to purchase and all the measurements and color choices were placed in our files. The shower was going to be magnificent bases on the computer generated photo! We put up half our costs and waited anxiously to start the project! When the materials came in were given a call by Emma to set everything up for installation. A date was set for February 17 to have the shower installed. We were told that we would receive a call the day before checking to make sure that everything was still on for the day of the installation and that the installer would call us the next morning to make sure that everything was good prior to him arriving. When Mike got to the house, he greeted my husband and I with a friendly handshake and introduced himself. Some discussion took place and then we proceeded to take Mike to the area where the shower would be installed. In the master bathroom. His coworker, Kurt, arrived right behind him. Both of the installers were very professional, and made sure that I knew exactly what was going to happen each step of the way. They prepared our house by asking us to move a few more things that they felt might be in harms way. They also laid down tarps throughout the house where they would be walking and covered some areas in the bathroom itself. These two men were exceptionally friendly and answered all questions that I had along the way. They also allowed me to take pictures as they were working. In the end, our new shower is amazingly fantastic. It is absolutely beautiful and looks like we spent $1 million. I cannot tell you how happy we are with how it turned out and how it has been to work with this company. Mike went through a checklist of items, making sure that we knew exactly how to take care of our shower, what products could be used on the shower to clean it, and explain explaining the warranties. In the end, every single thing that Kim had told us would happen…did happen. I would 150% recommend EZ Baths of Louisiana to anyone who ask about our shower or questioned about getting a walk in shower. A+++++++ all around!
