“Heaven Sent” lives up to its name! My son’s old car was taken cared as their own. I’ve got a call from the owner and gave me a sound advice on what to do next with the vehicle. He didn’t even charge extra work. I can thank them enough!

After my vehicle sat for four days at the Ford dealership without as much as a tech being assigned, I got the recommendation for Heaven Sent automotive. I picked up my vehicle from the Ford place and dropped it off at Heaven Sent. In a matter of hours, they diagnosed the problem and by noon The next day they had fixed it. They were very honest and fair. Communication was fantastic. This is my new go to for auto repairs!
So I bought a truck in Nashville off an individual , of course it starting overheating. I took it too heaven sent to diagnose the problem. They knew my situation being broke down 4 hours from home. They gave me an estimate for repairs. I had to stay in a hotel because it wouldn't be until the next morning before they could complete repairs.I received another message from them with additional needed repair. Again I really had no other option other than agree and pay. After almost $900 later they still had no clue what was causing the problem of overheating. They then were suggesting i continue buying more parts to see if that might fix the issue. At this point I've already paid a ridiculous amount of money on work that probably to an hour to complete and maybe $150 in parts. I ended up having to truck towed home to a repair shop . They fixed the issue with a simple coolant flush. Also they had to tighten the bolts on the starter that a paid Heaven sent a fortune to do. They new starter was banging around in the bell housing it was so loose. I tried reaching out to them to see if they would discuss this and only was able to reach a answering machine. Don't let the name Heaven Sent fool you. Incompetent shop that obvious take advantage of people. As i stated this shop is very incompetent and beware of anyone trying to sell parts and services in the name of Jesus!! Wow to you. Their reply is exactly what I expected. Beware of wolves in sheep clothing. I have nothing more to say so save your response.
I heard about Heaven Sent auto last year from friend who works as service manager for a local dealership. The entire staff is friendly and on top of their game from beginning to end. The price was really great and the work is done well within reason with mid day follow ups on the progress of repair. Heaven sent also gave me discount for being a veteran which was icing on the cake. I have a 2018 Ford Expedition with about 148k miles on it. Thanks to the staff and mechanics working in and thoroughly examining my vehicle, no doubt it will keep on running smooth. Shout out to Ms Amanda for going above and beyond to make your day easy going if you have to drop car off and head to work. Great customer service!!!!
