I took my land rover in to have some work done. Pretty extensive work (small leak onto the belt over time caused the pulley and the belt to shred - UGH!). Either way, they were professional, got me a very inexpensive rental and worked to help get the work covered under my warranty. So, I went back to get my spark plugs changed out. This time - since it was my second time there - I really noticed how courteous, sincere and familiar the staff was. The waiting room was clean and they provided me a shuttle to my office AND picked me up. I picked my car at closing time on Friday the 19th. The check engine light came on and I texted them (yes - they send and receive texts - very convenient). They asked me if I wanted to bring it back in. I couldn't since I was heading to a Christmas party. But, here's the thing, they offered! On a Friday night after closing to make something right. Every other garage would have said..."we'll see you next week." I made an appt for 7AM on Monday and they identified and fixed the problem in an hour. Basically, the plugs were supposed to come pre-gapped and they weren't. So, the tech gapped them properly and reinstalled the plugs and no issues. The point isn't that something went wrong. That happens with everything we do in life. I make mistakes daily. The point is/was how they handled the mistake and what they were willing to do to make it right. And THAT is what I appreciated most about my experience. I definitely trust them with my auto and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for yours. Will
