He wiped down the stones and repositioned them in a pleasantly appealing manner. He tested the mechanism and cleaned up everything. I was able to pay for the service before he left and he provided a digital receipt. I highly recommend this company for fireplace inserts service, even if you purchased your insert from another store. I know you will be happy with their work.

When the team arrived for installation of my two log sets, same service. They were both friendly, respectful and quickly performed the jobs; they even took the empty boxes with them when they left.
