Awesome! I had snapped off the key for my boat ignition and luckily I had a spare but now I was down to just a spare. I had called several locksmiths and even tried the key making machines without any luck. I decided to try one more before giving up. I called FELT's and they said we can do it...and they did. GREAT SERVICE and very accommodating. Fantastic. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I need another key I know who to call! 5 star!
Made appt 3 days ahead of time and was told would be 1st call that day. NO SHOW. When i called back was told there was a call ahead of us. Special arrangements for employee to be there for service call since business normally not open. Very unprofessional!
