The absolute best upholstery business in my experience. Robert & Colleen are both wonderful and communication is excellent. I reached out to several upholstery businesses in the area and none of the others responded back besides Havenhouse. After a brief discussion I picked out several sample colors and fabrics from their suppliers and they shipped them out directly so I could get a better idea of what I would want. Robert kept me in the loop as to when he’d begin on my project and even offered to pick up the couch & drop it off as I’m somewhat local. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Although I wasn’t able to get quotes from nearby businesses I don’t much care because the level of knowledge,skill, & detail that Robert puts into every project is superb. It’s immediately recognizable even for someone that isn’t familiar with what the process entails.
