Called in hoping to maybe see if I could get a spare hinge part for my shower door, as it had become broken beyond my ability to repair. Brody took my call and was able to help me find the best time to come in and talk to the guys in the shop. Even though I was late for the time we had talked about, I was still graciously received and thankfully John (hopefully I used the right spelling) was still in the shop. What happened showed me that these guys really care, as John and some other members of the shop crew scoured the area looking for an equivalent part, and after they couldn't find one John took it upon himself to take a hinge they did have and cut it down to size to match the one I had (as apparently I was given a weird size door by Edge)! I'm stoked to hopefully have my shower door woes behind me for a while, but I'm beyond grateful to John, Brody, and the rest of the team here. They really went above and beyond when I was worried I was just going to have to get a new door!
