I recently hired Joey and Audra to install two showers and a kitchen backsplash, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They started with the bathroom showers stripped down to the studs. Every tile was installed perfectly, and they ensured everything was aligned just right. Communication was top-notch—they kept me updated at every step with pictures showing the progress, so I always knew what was happening. They started when they said they would and finished on time, which I greatly appreciated. They also helped me navigate some challenges, like a basement radiator that was in the way. Additionally, they assisted in selecting materials that fit my vision, offering design suggestions when I was stuck (but only when asked!).
