Mr. Samuel with Royal Tree Service we were trimming a clients trees and incidentally damaged a deck board on a high-end composite deck. We contacted the original deck builder, which was Hankins Decks! They were kind and helpful. Give us all the information we need if we wanted to fix it ourselves and also gave us a fair price to repair it if we did not have the time…. Well, we ended up not having the time so they went and fixed it and they were very communicative and easy to work with. I recommend this decking company each time I contact them. They contacted me the same day again.

I LOVE our new deck and gazebo. Matt is the best contractor I have had the pleasure of working with. He set a high standard right from the start. I knew that I was working with someone I could trust to see this big project through smoothly. He was punctual, professional, and communicative in the estimate and planning stages and was able take my vision and create a design that perfectly matched what I was hoping for. Matt was able to work with the existing structure and seamlessly add the new deck and gazebo. He spent hours fine tuning the engineering drawings and working with the city to get the necessary permits. His team was a pleasure to have around and very skilled in their carpentry.
