My old phone's volume button was stuck, which was keeping my phone stuck in safe mode. I asked for it to be removed, so I could get out of safe mode and transfer my data to my new phone. Only cost $25 and was able to fix it in about 20 minutes, about the best case scenario I good have imagined.

I fully recommend this place. I think the metric for judging a good repair place is what they do when things go wrong. I had a cracked screen with some unknown additional damage, and there were a few hiccups to getting it repaired correctly. However, they made it right, and in the end I'm very happy. Alex was very pleasant, helpful, and professional to deal with all along the way. Additionally the cost was very competitive to other shops in had contacted regarding this repair. I would not hesitate to have my phone fixed there again.
