Guns N Hoses Roofing & Siding

Back in July I had people helping me while I was at work and call around to help me find a company to hire. When this company was called they went ahead and made an order out in the other persons name instead of mine, THE OWNER. making that clear before the big guy jumps on saying they don't see my name in their records.. I asked them to fix that and correct it with my name but they refused which made it harder to call and get anything done. Then after that headache the day came where they were to fix my roof. Last week of July they were there. Now I had to pick out what I wanted down to the colors. Thought that was simple enough but nope.. they came the day of and said it was gonna be done in 3 hours. I was shocked but said okay. Well they didn't come with enough material so they had to call their boss to drop off what they needed. He must have had foot surgery cause he was wearing a black bootie when he got out the truck with their company logo on it. Then not much later, I see them putting on my old chimney. As I yelled up there saying I ordered a new one, they stopped and came down. Once again they had to call their boss and I heard him say " yeah I seen it last minute and didn't feel like grabbing it" so they had to come back the next day to fix it. Seriously guys? A one day, 3 hour job is turning into a nightmare and a 3 day project. Now yes they were fast and great and that's probably because 80% of the crew didn't speak a link of English. Good thing I knew Spanish so I could talk to them. I posted pictures of their work and tagged them on Facebook. I seen he was bragging that their the cheapest around. I posted a comment about how they're not and they charged me over $7,000 for a basic tear off, so the big guy deleted the comment and then blocked me. It's funny how you wanna make people believe your company is so respectful and cheap but ITS NOT so I came and posted my review on Google.. And yes I have the right company cause I'm the owner of the house on montana ave you did! Read my review and you will see where your company messed up. I know for a FACT I have the right company

Guns-N-Hoses recently installed a replacement on a flat roof area of our house. From the start to finish this was such an easy and pleasant experience. Tyler came out to inspect the issues we had going on (rain water coming into the house on the 1st floor and basement). He was on time, very friendly, professional and easily answered any questions I had. He also provided photos of the issues found during his inspection, the installation and the finished roof, which was very appreciated. The crew that came out to do the work seemed to be very organized, and they took great care to clean up after the work was done. Flat roofs can be a challenge but we are very happy with the customer service and the work done by Gun-N-Hoses and would absolutely recommend them. Thanks Tyler & Guns-N-Hoses team!

My husband and I had a great experience with Guns N Hoses. Cody was great about answering all of our questions and making sure we were informed about the entire process. The crew that came was respectful to our property and finished the entire job in one day. They cleaned up that night and then someone else came the next morning to do another sweep for nails, which with having kids and a dog we really appreciated. We had several quotes and this was by far the most affordable. Would recommend them to everyone!

We are thrilled with the work that Guns N Hoses did on our home! Devon was fantastic to work with from start to finish! Every crew was professional and did quality work. The roofing crew, Brian and his team, were fast, friendly, and hardworking! The siding crew Nilson and his team were amazing! Very detailed and quality focused. The gutter team led by Joe did beautiful work, detailed, and quick. We were impressed with every crew, EVERYONE was polite respectful and hardworking. Check out the before and after photos!
