Steve is exceptionally kind, incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he does, and is welcoming and thorough with his clients. He did great work and diagnostics on both an electric and acoustic guitar, and inadvertently taught me many things I didn’t know about my guitars, and guitars in general too. What a cool guy!!! Highly recommended and will definitely return.
I never write reviews but this guy, Steve genuinely is THE GUITAR GUY. He knows his stuff and is super honest, humble and fair. Don’t waste your time at L&M or anywhere else. This is the kind of experience that gives me hope that there are still amazing people in this city. What an awesome experience

I am so glad I chanced upon you. - Angela *** Highly recommended! I came to Steve today to have the action lowered on a pre-owned Taylor GS Mini Mahogany that I just bought. Steve was friendly, cool and accomodating from the time that I called. He was even apologizing for the ongoing road closures -- when it wasn't his fault. :)) When he finished, he insisted that I just pay a nominal amount for the job that he did, saying that he didn't do a lot. Thank you!
